Tim Lancaster, Police Elected Rep, and Douglas "Randy" Smith, Fire Elected Rep, ran unopposed for the elected pension representative positions. 
Their new terms are April 1, 2012 - March 31, 2014.

 

Part-time Pension Employees

The Board of Trustees has two Part-time (P/T) Pension Assistants, Deanna Robertston and Katie Taglia-Polak.  Deanna's office hours are Monday-Thursday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.  and Katie's office hours are Tuesday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

 

CPPT TRAINING

Congratulations to Pension Assistant Deanna Robertson in passing the Advanced Course and completing the Certified Public Pension Trustees’ (CPPT) Program offered through the recent Florida Public Pension Trustees’ Association School.  She will receive her CPPT plaque at the June Conference.

Congratulations to Pension Assistant Katie Taglia-Polak in passing the Intermediate Course of the Certified Public Pension Trustees’ (CPPT) Program offered through the recent Florida Public Pension Trustees’ Association School. The CPPT Program is a certification program consisting of three courses: Basic, Intermediate and Advanced.  She will be scheduled for the Advanced Course in October 2012.

ANNOUNCEMENT FOR RETIREES

Effective April 1st printed advices will no longer be mailed to you by SunTrust Bank. To allow more access, SunTrust has introduced a new online service that will enable you to view your retirement plan payment information through Retirement BenePay.  You must access it through your Personal Identification Number (PIN) received from SunTrust Bank.  You will continue to have access to your payment information through the SunTrust Benefit Payment Processing Center at 1-866-855-6738.
